Resume Builder ("the App") is developed by SR Computers and Career4u. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.
All resume content you create — personal details, work experience, education, skills, and any other information you enter — is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or has access to your resume content. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
If you add a profile photo to a resume, it is stored locally in the App's private storage on your device and is used only to display that photo within your own resumes and PDF exports.
The App displays ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to serve and measure ads, and may use this data consistent with Google's own privacy policy. You can review Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage and diagnose crashes. This generates anonymized, aggregated usage statistics and technical crash reports; it does not include the content of your resumes.
The App may request permissions such as camera or photo library access (to attach a profile photo) and storage access (to save exported PDFs). Each permission is used only for its stated purpose and can be revoked at any time in your device's App Settings.
We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical data is shared only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob, Firebase) strictly to operate ads, analytics, and crash reporting.
Since resume data lives only on your device, uninstalling the App or clearing its storage permanently deletes all resumes stored in it. This cannot be recovered by us, since we never had a copy.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
